A film photographer for most of his photographic career, Phil is using digital cameras exclusively and appreciates the flexibility and immediate results this media offers. Phil is a Photography Merit Badge counselor for the Boy Scouts, a graduate of the New York Institute of Photography and a member of the Schenectady Photographic Society.
